Darren is a passionate marketer and the visionary founder of Protective Marketing LLC With a mission to safeguard and amplify the voices of small businesses, Darren has had the honor of working with incredible organizations like Dancing for All Cures, Solano Realtists, Watch Me Grow Inc., Leaders of Men Inc., the 2024 Suisun Juneteenth Campaign, Tri-City NAACP, Fairfield Community Services Foundation, and many more. These organizations have trusted Protective Marketing to strategically position their brands, ensuring their stories are told with impact and integrity.
In addition to leading his own marketing company, Darren brings his expertise to the Solano Economic Development Corporation (EDC) as their Marketing Manager. With over a year and a half of experience at Solano EDC, he has immersed himself in the economic landscape of Solano County, constantly learning and growing to better serve the community he loves
Before his role at Solano EDC, Darren served as the Marketing Director for The Salvation Army of Solano County. Born in Vallejo and now residing in Fairfield, California, Darren is deeply committed to improving Solano County His career has been marked by creating powerful marketing campaigns, supporting social service programs, and assisting first responders during critical times. One of his proudest accomplishments was co-creating a role model program for Crescent Elementary School, where he inspired students twice a week with life skills and the importance of unity
