Who We Are Makes Us Strong Ozinga is a culture driven by our values. We believe if we focus on our values first, we will attract and retain likeminded people and create a high-performing culture which will deliver results that outpace the competition.

• Service – We believe in going above and beyond to serve the needs of others for a purpose greater than ourselves. This value requires behaviors of love and care for all people. • Learning – We believe learning is a life-long journey. No matter what season of life we are in, we all have something to learn. • Entrepreneurship – We believe in people’s initiative to take risks and not being afraid to fail. We see change as an opportunity to be innovative and growth-orientated.
