Marty Ozinga IV, President

OUR VALUES We believe if we focus on our values first, we will attract and retain likeminded people and create a high performing culture which will deliver results that outpace the competition.

Service

We believe in going above and beyond to serve the needs of others for a purpose greater than ourselves. This value requires behaviors of love and care for all people.

Learning

We believe learning is a life-long journey. No matter what season of life we are in, we all have something to learn – we never arrive or know it all. This value requires behaviors of humility, patience and grace.

Entrepreneurship

Ozinga gives back 10% of our net profits to charities and community organizations.

We believe in people’s initiative to take risks and not being afraid to fail. We see change as an opportunity to be innovative and growth-oriented. This value requires behaviors of creativity, imagination and courage.

TOGETHER, BUILDING BETTER. Ozinga continues to grow as a premier building materials provider. We want the world to be better because we were here, and we offer high-quality products and services so that together, we can build our families, our communities, and our country.

Concrete

We offer an assortment of ready mix, sustainable, specialty, and decorative concrete products, as well as various concrete add-ons and supplies. Our concrete is used on a variety of products, from neighborhood sidewalks to big city high rises.

Materials & Logistics

Our Materials & Logistics operation provides products, services and solutions from sourcing, producing and supplying aggregates and other bulk materials through an extensive logistics network over road, river and rail. We provide point-to-point marine, rail, and truck transportation; terminal services; portable crushing; transloading; and storage for aggregates and building materials too.

On-Site

Sometimes a job requires a concrete batch plant on site, and that’s where our On-Site operation thrives. These portable concrete plants are built and taken down at the jobsite to make the building process easier.

Cement

Cement is a main ingredient in concrete, and our Cement operation not only sources cement for our own Ozinga concrete, but also for customers throughout the US. We utilize our Materials & Logistics team to transport this powdered material via barge, rail, or truck.

Energy

Our Energy operation not only helps fuel our own fleet with compressed natural gas, but we also build and maintain scalable CNG stations for public and private use throughout the United States too. We can even convert fleets of any vehicle type from diesel to CNG for economical and environmental benefits.
