Plans are in place to open a US office later this year with a feasibility study underway. The main UK company has subsidiary companies in Nairobi and Singapore, and branch office status in Amsterdam. It now has around 75 staff and Associates working for it and projected fee income this year of around £4m. In the most recent financial year (April 2021 – March 2022) EBITDA was £340k on t/o of £2.5m. The business is privately owned by the current Group CEO and has plans in place to introduce an EMI scheme later this year. Culturally the business relies on a collegiate style, welcoming people with enormous expertise as Associates and on the staff team.
