Hello and welcome to Esplanade at Westview! I’m thrilled to introduce myself as your Lifestyle Manager as we begin this exciting journey together. While our community is just breaking ground, the vision for Esplanade at Westview is already coming to life and I’m here to help shape the experiences, connections, and Lifestyle that will define our future community.
Although our Resort Amenity Center isn’t open just yet, we’re already creating opportunities to come together. From fun pop-up events to engaging activities at our Sales Gallery, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes to give you a taste of the Esplanade Lifestyle. Whether you’ve already chosen your future home here or are still exploring, we’d love to have you join us and be part of the excitement as it unfolds.
This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to meet you, get to know your interests, ideas, feedback, and suggestions and start building a sense of community that will grow right along with us.

I’m Tiffany Jones, your Lifestyle Manager and I am honored to be the Team Spotlight in our first community magazine. I’ve been in the resort-style hospitality industry for over 20 years, with 10 of those years in an activities/lifestyle role.
I’ve always had a passion for seeing people happy, and for me, there’s no better way to bring joy than by hosting fun, meaningful events that help people connect, laugh, and create memories. I truly love what I do!
When I’m not planning events, I enjoy spending time with my family, going thrift shopping (it’s a lot like event planning because both involve creativity, vision, and a bit of the unexpected), and hopping online to go live where I can connect with others. Creating moments that matter is what fuels me, both professionally and personally.

Mason is a 13-year-old Yorkie and comes all the way from New York with his parents Ricky and Jolee. He likes to play ball and with his favorite squeaky toys. He loves hamburgers, fish and chicken, but is currently on a special diet. Despite his small size, Mason brings a big personality and a whole lot of heart wherever he goes! You can catch his journey and day-to-day adventures on Instagram, where his charm shines through in every post.

Cloud is a charming Mini Goldendoodle known for his stunning fur coat and joyful personality. Cloud spends his days at the park with his four-legged friends. You may even spot him living his best life with his head hanging out of the car window. While his luxurious coat is one of his most admired features, it requires regular care. His devoted mom, Diana ensures he’s professionally groomed every month to keep his fur healthy, tangle-free, and as beautiful as ever.

We had a festive Easter-themed photo backdrop (perfect for those pup pictures), treat bags for our furry friends, and an egg hunt filled with special dog treats. While the pups played, the adults enjoyed a tasty luncheon with sandwiches, fresh fruit, and sweet desserts. It was a “paw-sitively” fun time for everyone - two legs and four!

We uncorked our exclusive private-labeled Esplanade wine for prospects to sip and savor, paired with a charcuterie spread, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a lineup of decadent desserts. With 20 guests in attendance, it was the perfect blend of classy and cozy.

Bubbles & Bites was our debut of the Lifestyle programming and community for our amazing Realtors—featuring some champagne, tasty bites, desserts and big smiles all around (just check out those team pictures)! We added a little excitement with a business card drawing for $100 gift cards. We originally had 21 registered to attend, but 52 people showed up ready to mingle, sip and soak in the good vibes.

Spring Time Smoothie
Try this delicious recipe for a healthy smoothie packed with vitamin C, fiber, and hydration—perfect for a sunny spring morning!
INGREDIENTS
» 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
» 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
» 1 banana
» 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or almond milk for creaminess)
» 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
» A handful of fresh spinach (for a nutrient boost—optional but undetectable in flavor!)
» 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or a plant-based alternative (optional, for extra creaminess)
» A few ice cubes if using fresh fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or liquid consistency as needed.
