Hello readers Well that crept up on me! Here we are looking forward Christmas again. What a year it has been. We saw the passing of our beloved Queen Elizabeth and see King Charles starting his reign. Time will tell if he can live up to his mother. I hope so. I can hardly believe its three years since I took over the Outwoods View Directory, I love producing the magazine and love to hear the comments from our readers. Please continue to let me know what you think. I know the new harder crossword has been very popular and the introduction of the wordsearch just for fun too has been commented on. Don't forget to try out the recipe for Cheesy Stars on page 26. They are great for the little ones to do and it’s such an easy recipe. Unroll the pastry and sprinkle 60g of the cheese over one half. Fold the pastry over and after dusting your worktop and rolling pin, roll the pastry out to twice its size sealing in the cheese. Using Christmas cutters, cut outdesired shapes and brush with milk. Add a pinch of cheese and any of your other toppings. Bake for 10 to 12 mins until golden brown and risen. Transfer to your serving dish. Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy! Heat oven to 200c/180c fan and line 2 baking trays with parchment Cheesy Stars
