Outreach International has for 30 years tackled a culture of silence within many of the poorest parts of the world. This is where women aren't used to talking in public, men aren't used to organizing, and people have been victimized as drought, disease, famine and generations of handouts have stolen their sense of power, pride and their ability to identify problems and create solutions. Outreach International believes the answer is a future of self-sufficiency, being able to share ideas, organize, identify problems, and create solutions so that when the people look for answers, they see themselves.
