Promote blended learning as a route to encourage inclusivity and as a response to physical distancing guidelines.

Actions

Identify and nominate Board and staff members to develop a long-term digital strategy that outlines our digital transformation moving forward.

Share this digital strategy with key partners to ensure it meets their standards.

Ensure that we have the technology and skills to bring our digital strategy to life through an audit.

Provide support for staff, Board and participants to engage digitally through signposting to other services.

Be aware of equalities monitoring and ensure that we are not promoting exclusivity in our work by ensuring that all participants have the necessary skills for certain programmes.

Embark on learning from other organisations and agencies who are delivering through blended learning models and institute change in a similar way.

Create strong links with schools and partners to add additionally to their ongoing activities.
