cross the Middle East, countries such as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are witnessing unprecedented growth in real estate and infrastructure development.

The UAE, in particular, continues to expand new urban centres and residential hubs to meet rising demand, driving increased requirements for commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments.

At the same time, diversification efforts are accelerating industrial activity, with light manufacturing gaining traction as governments focus on non-oil revenue streams and domestic production capabilities.

(HVAC) sector plays a critical role, supporting the region’s growing infrastructure needs. Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Vision 2030, along with major global events such as Expo 2030 Riyadh and the FIFA World Cup 2034, is further fuelling demand across sectors including sports, entertainment, manufacturing, and commercial real estate.

“New cities are being built whilst existing ones are being modernised and expanded,” says A. R. Suresh Kumar, Head of International Operations at Voltas.
