THEE Group is a dynamic and growing, 100 percent Indigenously-owned and operated business that offers a wide range of services in rail construction and maintenance, civil engineering, mining, labour hire, vegetation control, plant hire, recruitment, and training solutions.

Founded by Managing Director, Craig (Jed) Holdsworth in 2019, Jed has a long-standing association with the rail construction industry, spanning more than 20 years. Over the past four years, THEE Group has established itself as a leading provider to some of the largest Australian Rail Infrastructure Managers (RIMs), including Aurizon, Queensland Rail, Australian Rail Track Corporation, Sydney Trains, Pacific National and UGL-RL CRN.

Holdsworth says the business has grown leaps and bounds because the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, as he believes in safely delivering projects of the highest quality, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

To support the growth of the business, six months ago Holdsworth brought on THEE Group’s General Manager, Wayne Beatty, a seasoned professional in the rail industry, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience. His attention to detail, strategic thinking, and hands-on approach make him a valuable asset in managing complex rail infrastructure projects.

“Wayne has a proven track record for delivering great projects, with a strong emphasis and commitment to safety excellence.
