As of September 2026, LOA has completed roofing installations on 17 data halls—three in West Texas and 14 in North Texas—with 16 additional North Texas data halls active or included in the company’s scheduled backlog.

Programs at this scale require substantial field capacity, repeatable installation standards, and consistent quality control as production moves from one structure to the next.

INDUSTRIAL-SCALE EXECUTION IN GEORGETOWN GTX Building 2 provides a public example of LOA’s ability to execute a coordinated roofing and exterior-envelope scope at industrial scale. The 415,000-square-foot project combined a mechanically attached TPO roof with extensive sheet-metal, facade, and cladding work.

EXPERIENCE ACROSS ESSENTIAL FACILITIES

At Fort Hood, LOA’s work on the UEPH 1st Cav Barracks and UEPH 69th ADA encompasses approximately 70,000 square feet of standing-seam metal roofing, gypsum substrate board, R-30 insulation, highdensity cover board, and metal soffit.
