Landquart Fashion Outlet is currently undergoing thorough expansion, so much so, that by early 2026, visitors can look forward to new brands, additional stores, and innovative gastronomy concepts, as well as a new state-of-the-art parking facility with 1,550 spaces.
The expansion will include 14 new stores, and upon completion in the first half of 2026, Landquart Fashion Outlet will feature around 100 stores and many new premium brands in the fashion and lifestyle categories.
The expansion will also enhance the guest experience and open the door to innovative culinary concepts that allow visitors to relax, explore, and enjoy their time at the outlet, surrounded by the breathtaking Swiss mountains and natural beauty. Moreover, sustainability is a key component of the outlet’s strategy, and its expansion underscores this commitment. The project incorporates recycled and locally sourced materials, generous green spaces, greywater recycling systems, renewable energy solutions, additional charging stations for EVs, and energy-efficient building technology.
With a total retail space of nearly 27,000 square meters, the expansion will redefine outlet shopping in Switzerland.
