From there, he opened his first business in Lawson, Missouri before being provided with an opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas to merge with another company. Soon after, Malone purchased the business from the other partners, obtaining full ownership of Global Transmission Parts, Inc. The company continued to grow over the following years, making its most recent move to Kirksville, where it has continued to exceed all expectations for growth and customer service. Today, Malone oversees all of the company’s operations, in addition to traveling across the country to source new transmission cores to purchase, alongside setting the pricing to purchase and resell them. Trent Malone acts as the jack-of-all-trades within the company, having worked alongside Trevor since 2009.

He began his career on the transmission teardown table and has worked his way up to General Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations within the facility and each department. He also services about 90 percent of the customer sales for the company, and his team knows there is nothing in the facility warehouse he has not done and cannot do.

Meanwhile, Theresa Malone wears many hats in the business, acting as support staff to both Trevor and Trent and backing them up whenever needed. Alongside servicing the other 10 percent of sales, Theresa manages all system training for employees, HR, the accounts payable and recieveable, parts purchasing, freight, and working with supervisors to create process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Having been with Global Transmission Parts, Inc since 2021, Bryon Hutchenson’s background in machinery and maintenance has been an integral part of the company’s sustained growth over the years. He serves as a part-time truck driver, mechanic, and machinist. Starting in 2025, Hutchenson’s machine shop production has taken off, and he now oversees his own team of staff members.
