Four decades after this revolutionary idea, these fundamental principles are still honored throughout every faction of the company.

COMPANY HISTORY – KEY DATES 1982 – The first Gentle Dental office opened in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).

1997 – Consolidation of 11 practices into one company providing centralized administrative services.

2012 – The company’s first out-ofstate practice opened in Nashua, bringing the total number of practices to 27.

2015 – Growth kicks into high gear with a strong affiliation process for dentists who realize the benefit of partnering with a leading Dental Support Organization.

2018 – The Dental Support Organization is rebranded 42 North Dental to better represent all the practices it supports.
