Once again, we are able to return to the office as part of our hybrid working programme, one which we hope all of our Basecamp colleagues have found to offer the best work/life balance since its introduction last year. To ensure a smooth transition, we’ve put everything you need to know about returning once again in this document.
Health and safety As with the return to the office last year, we’re still not out of the woods, and that’s why your health and safety remain at the forefront of any decision making. We are asking all colleagues to continue to take the following measures while in the office. •

Lateral Flow Tests – please ensure you complete regular LFTs (ideally before every visit to Basecamp) You can order your LFT kit for free from Gov.uk (7 tests per kit) You are still required to wear a mask when entering/leaving the building – however, you are no longer required to wear one when leaving your desk – although we strongly encourage you to do so Desks need to be sanitised upon arrival and when leaving (antibacterial wipes will be available throughout Basecamp) No personal belongings should be left on the desk overnight, even if you’re booked for the same desk the following day Windows will need to be open for ventilation purposes (dress appropriately for the time of year) Regular handwashing required throughout the day When moving around the site (outside), please ensure you wear a high-vis jacket at all times If you spot any problems or have any concerns, please contact maintenance.kemble@oandcc.com
