This is unusual for retail businesses and something we are proud to provide. Colleagues are entitled to 33 days (264 hours), which is inclusive of bank holidays.
For part-time colleagues, holiday is allocated on a prorata basis.
For zero-hour colleagues, holiday is accrued based on the number of hours you work.
