For Black History Month, we’re elevating STEM Stories: Black voices that inspire young students to pursue STEM and empower school communities through design.

Black STEM leaders share their stories and pathways of promise Takeda Pharmaceuticals knows that the seeds of tomorrow’s breakthroughs are planted in the minds of today’s youth. Our future depends on the diversity of voices in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. In celebration of Black History Month, members of the Takeda Black Leadership Council (BLC), one of the company’s 11 employee resource groups, shared their insights on the importance of diversity in STEM. Takeda professionals are deeply committed to community engagement and contributing to a brighter future for tomorrow’s leaders.
