A Year of Boundless Impact

REVENUE-GENERATING PROGRAMS

GIVING DAY

With over $300,000 raised, an increase of 22 percent more donations and 31 percent more donors than the previous year, the Foundation has been able to help even more colleges, departments, and student organizations than ever before.

CHEFS EVENING

An annual tradition since 1984, Chefs Evening garnered $130,000 for student programs and scholarships with over 500 people participating.

TRANSFORMATIVE SUPPORT

HURRICANE IDA RELIEF SCHOLARSHIPS

Thanks to generous donations from the Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Louisiana Foundation, the Northshore Community Foundation, and individuals, $100,000 was raised to help affected faculty, staff, and students recover from Hurricane Ida devastation.

Hundreds of students have been able to reach their goals through $1,106,172 generated for scholarships and first generation college student assistance.

CAPITAL PROJECTS

Made possible by partial support from the Foundation and donors, three major capital projects are currently underway: a new Athletic Training facility, a new Nursing and Health Sciences building, and renovation of D Vickers Hall into a state-of-the-art television and video production teaching space.
