I'm a Holistic Mindset and Energetics Coach, Yoga Teacher and Energy Healer.

I support entrepreneurs releasing their fears and limiting beliefs so they can show up fully and authentically. I help them welcome more abundance by changing their old stories and beliefs around money and wealth and creating new empowering ones.

I'm a Portuguese lady living in England for almost 17 years now!

When I moved to England, I came with no plans at all, not even a job!

I was 25 years old and was pregnant with my first daughter. It was a huge change for me as I left my home country and my family.

I came with my partner and luckily, both of us started to work no longer after we arrived in a fast-food restaurant.

A few months after, we became parents.

The first house we stayed in, we had a single room where we could hardly move around. It was February and we had no blankets!

I struggled to fit in. I didn't have any family or friends living close to us.

For a few years, I went from job to job while taking care of my two daughters.

Eventually, I was so far away from my desired life that I went through a major rock bottom...

This rock bottom was a blessing in disguise! I realised that I was settling and that I had so many dreams put on hold…

I started to take action towards those dreams. I resigned my permanent NHS job which gave me a sense of security and started my own business.

I became an artisan baker baking pastries in markets. I remember being very scared to stand in the market all day and being seen…

Then, I decided I wanted to retrain as a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. This is when I started my second business helping people feel better and happier through dance fitness classes. After, I qualified as a yoga teacher and my business changed again. I was teaching yoga classes and organising events.

Meanwhile, my interest for energy healing grew and I ended up training as an Angelic Reiki® practitioner, Angel tarot card reader and ThetaHealer®.

ThetaHealing® is the modality that brought me the biggest shifts in my life as well as, my Holistic Coach training programme.

Today, I want to share with you 5 Things That Helped Me Manifest My Dream Life.

1. Deciding that I’d had enough of staying small and it was time to change my life! In other words, I started to take full responsibility for my life. This looked like doing my inner work and addressing old wounds, rewiring my subconscious and changing limiting beliefs to empowering ones.

2. Deciding that I was worthy and deserving of having the support from therapists, healers, coaches, friends and family. I learned deeply about myself and what was holding me back. I started to take aligned steps towards my vision knowing that I deserved it.

3. I trusted my vision and how I felt about it and continued to take steps towards it. At times, I wanted to quit but this vision and knowing got me through. I leaned into my intuition and inner wisdom.

4. I didn't quit. I'm the most resilient person I know! I went through burnout, frustration, confusion, sadness, and everything in between. I had breaks when I needed to rest and reflect which gave me a renewed sense of clarity and motivation.

5. Tried again and again! As a 3/5 profile (Human Design) I tried and tested almost everything! I know what works what doesn't for me.

I hope this inspires you today and motivates you to keep going in the direction of your dreams.

Tilted East was founded in a rehabilitation and recovery centre in South Africa in the latter stages of 2022, when our founders learned of one of the huge challenges facing those affected by their mental health.

We felt misunderstood...

A large percentage of us struggling with mental health there felt misunderstood and unable to identify with traditional psychiatry and psychology, conventional diagnoses and mental health newspeak. As a community, there were many of us that spoke at length about our experiences with our mental health but often felt it was a real struggle putting into words exactly what we, our friends and our family members were going through. This in turn made it very hard to relate and identify with others and their own struggles on a deeper and really meaningful level. We found the blanket terms and diagnoses that had been thrown at us over the years were in most cases vague and rarely representative of our own experience.

What became quickly apparent was that this feeling of being misunderstood and not really understanding what we were experiencing ourselves was holding a lot of us back from becoming strong, resilient and ultimately healing. At Tilted East, we understand the first step to healing is by identifying the issue that you are dealing with, understanding that what you are going through is very normal and in turn, being able to drop the stigma around that struggle.

Getting people to ‘talk’ about their struggles, as beneficial as it was to some and as important it is for us all as a first step, wasn’t the complete answer for a lot of us and talking alone sometimes left us struggling to communicate exactly how our struggles were affecting us.
