Upcoming Bal Swan Events Promote Community and Celebrate Mission

Bal Swan Children’s Center, a foundational preschool here in Broomfield, has long been a symbol of early childhood education and inclusive support. As one of the community’s most treasured organizations, Bal Swan is preparing for its highly anticipated 2025 Family Fest and Annual Ball. These hallmark events not only celebrate the center’s impactful work but also bring the Broomfield community together in meaningful and joyous ways.

The Family Fest is an all-ages celebration which has something for the entire family and promises to be an unforgettable evening! This year’s event, “Bal Swan Family Fest - Up Up and Away!’’ will take place on January 11, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Ranch Country Club, 11887 Tejon St., Westminster, CO 80234.

Special guests include live music from Docs that Rock and a special performance by Ms. Meredith, Bal Swan’s very own music teacher! Attendees can look forward to an evening filled with fun, music, dinner, a silent auction, a photo booth, community connection, and much more. All proceeds from the event directly benefit Bal Swan, making it a fantastic opportunity to enjoy great entertainment while supporting the school.

Bal Swan’s signature fundraising event, the Annual Bal Swan Ball, brings our community together for an amazing night of celebration. Guests enjoy hearing uplifting stories highlighting the life-changing impact of Bal Swan’s work. This year’s keynote speaker is Grammynominated Clinton Sparks.

“Spring in Paris,” the 61st Annual Bal Swan Ball, will be held on March 1 at the Omni Interlocken in Broomfield. Experience the enchantment of Paris in springtime with an elegant evening featuring dinner, live music, and of course dancing. Indulge in the excitement of the silent and live auctions, offering an array of exclusive items and experiences. The night will be filled with delightful surprises, capturing the magic and romance of the City of Light. You do not want to miss this unforgettable celebration in support of a great cause!

This year’s theme, “Spring in Paris,” promises to inspire attendees and shine a light on the transformative programs that Bal Swan offers. The funds raised during the event directly support educational programs, therapy services, and scholarships for families in need, ensuring that every child in the Broomfield community has access to opportunities that foster growth and success.
