As places pass and fade in and out of my awareness, I reflect on the shadows and colours that make themselves known through my trip ups, my triggers and mistakes.

I breathe compassion into them with a swift and sure conviction that builds me from bones upwards; brick by brick, I allow the parts of me that need to leave, to return to the source of love itself.

As I walk forward with my head held high for all the versions of me I have ever been and will ever be.

Rooted in my conviction of who I am and what I am here to be and the love that flows endlessly into me, through me, to the Universe around me and beyond. Ripples and stones, vibrating magic, reverberating peace, discovering happiness and reaching for pieces and places that remind us of the love that binds us all.
