Founded in 1949, the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund awards significant need-based college and trade school scholarships to deserving students who have worked at least two years at Massachusetts golf courses.

Dedicated individuals in the golf community have carried Francis Ouimet’s legacy forward by investing in today’s youth and supporting them on their path to graduation and success.

With a record number of new applicants and financial need continuing to rise, our most dedicated supporters provide the crucial first step in helping these young people.

Through the new Leadership Giving Program, supporters have an even greater opportunity to make a lasting impact, helping Ouimet Scholars achieve their educational goals while developing the next generation of leaders in our communities.

SCHOLAR IMPACT

An annual gift of $20,000 covers the average annual awards for two Scholars

An annual gift of $10,000 covers a Scholar’s average annual award

An annual gift of $5,000 covers approximately 50% of a Scholar’s average annual award

An annual gift of $2,500 covers approximately 25% of a Scholar’s average annual award

An annual gift of $1,000 covers approximately 10% of a Scholar’s average annual award

Donor levels are based on annual giving.
