UNITED ARAB EMIRATES STUDENTS Founded in 1890, the University of Oklahoma (OU) is a doctoral degree-granting research university known for its academic excellence and strong sense of community, providing a major university experience in the atmosphere of a much smaller institution. OU is home to more than 2,000 international students from 136 countries.
