*This estimate includes tuition and mandatory hourly fees for 30 credit hours per academic year, reflecting a typical undergraduate course load and OU’s flat-rate tuition policy. Under the flat-rate policy, students registered for 12 or more hours will be charged a flat rate based on the current 15-credit-hour rate for tuition and mandatory hourly fees. College program and technology fees are charged at a per-credit-hour rate. For comparison, some public universities calculate annual tuition estimates using the minimum full-time enrollment requirement of 24 credit hours per academic year. **International undergraduate fees include $9,971 in mandatory fees and the annual International Student Maintenance Fee of $154.
