Food, arguably, is the most consistently evolving thing in the world. With migration and cultural exchange comes the adaptation of old dishes and the creation of new ones. That's why, with these things in mind, I'm highlighting some of my go-to Asian fusion recipes.

These dishes combine traditional cooking styles and newfound ingredients into the perfect easy meal - both take less than 30 minutes to make but will leave you craving another bite. Enjoy!
