Gift Certificates Looking for the perfect gift for someone special, perhaps as bridal party gifts on your Wedding Day? Look no further than our gift certificates which range in value from £10 to £100 and can be redeemed in Horizons Spa and the Hotel.

Terms and Conditions • Wedding packages are available based on a minimum of 60 adults. If your number is below this, please ask us for a tailor-made package.

• One menu should be chosen for the entire party, although special dietary requirements can be catered for.

• A minimum of one beverage package must be purchased in conjunction with the wedding package.

• If a reception continues into the evening, a finger buffet must be purchased for 75% of guests present.

• It is not our policy to allow wines or drinks to be brought into the hotel.

• Non-residential functions must conclude at 12.00 midnight and we would ask all guests to avoid excessive noise after this time as it disturbs other guests.

• In order to secure your reservation a non-refundable deposit of £500.00 and a letter of confirmation is required.

• All prices are correct at the time of going to print, but may be subject to alteration. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate.

• We require full payment of the estimated final balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your Wedding Day. • Final requirements and numbers must be notified to the Hotel five days prior to your function.

• All prices quoted are for 2012. Please allow 5% increase on prices for 2013.

• Customers shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of their guests and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breach of the law. Customers shall fully indemnify the company against any claims, or loss or damage arising as a result of breach of this clause. Management reserves the right to refuse entry and to charge for any damages caused to the Hotel by disorderly behaviour.

• Please note that in accordance with UK legislation, smoking is not allowed on the Hotel premises.

Civil Ceremony Room Hire We are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies at Apollo Hotel and have two luxurious rooms in which to hold the proceedings – The Basing Room can accommodate up to 60 of your guests, whilst the impressive Hampshire Suite seats up to 250 for your ceremony. This room can also be divided into three smaller rooms, Stratfield, Wellington, and Vyne, to cater for the more intimate wedding ceremonies/receptions.
