HOW TO PAY
Please contact your local Jinny branch with any question you might have about payment. For advance payments, please check the minimum “Qualifying” order amount for your area, make an order, then apply your payment. Once the payment clears, we will ship the order Pre-Paid.
HOW TO SAVE MONEY
Take advantage of our “Free Freight” charge chart. You can literally save hundreds of dollars on freight cost by ordering the minimum amount. Contact your local sales rep. for more information.
When ordering, always order a “full case,” since anything purchased in less than full case quantities will be charged 10% extra to the cost.
Every month, Jinny has a special deals and promotions in our sales paper. The savings can range anywhere between 5% - 20%. Ask your sales rep. for a copy of our monthly sales flyer. Don’t miss out on over 100 pages of promotions, deals and new items delivered to your store.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship through commercial truck carriers. All the products are shrink-wrapped, then trucked out to its destination. Through UPS, air or ground service. This service is recommended if the order is small in terms of the weight. The cost of shipping and handling will be added to the invoice. Check with your local branch for the minimum UPS purchase amount. We also offer local delivery service with our own trucks and vans.
CUSTOMER PICK-UP
Take advantage of our “drive-thru” service by visiting our JBS Beauty Club Warehouses. After you have finished shopping for new products, JBS Beauty Club warehouse loaders will pack your vehicle for you. The minimum invoice amount for pickup is $500.00.

WARRANTY
There are no warranties, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise, which extend beyond the manufacturers description on the label of each product.
LIABILITY
Jinny Beauty Supply shall not be deemed responsible nor held liable for any damages or claims for injuries, whether intentional or accidental, relating to the misuse of any product.
QUANTITIES
We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
If payment is not made in accordance with credit terms, Jinny Beauty Supply, will pursue it own legal action towards collecting the unpaid balance at whatever the cost. You will be responsible for all legal fees.
SHIPPING
All orders are considered F.O.B. unless otherwise previously approved.
RESTOCK FEE
If customers do not pick-up orders within 1 month of placement, or cancel their trucking order after items have been picked, ordered items will be automatically restocked and the customer will be charged a penalty of 10% of the order amount. All future orders will be pending until the restock fee is cleared. There will be a restocking fee of 20% for canceling and returning merchandise.
CLAIMS
Must be made within 3 days of delivery, please notify customer service immediately upon receipt.
REFUNDS
No refund for down payment or earnest money after preparing the order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Office approval and product invoices are required.

Trucking & Damage/Shortage Claims
1. First verify that the pallet is intact. Check our Shrink Wrap to make sure that it has not been cut or torn anywhere. If the Shrink Wrap is torn apart, notify the Jinny Credit Dept. and write it down on the Bill of Lading.
2. If there are any damages, write down exactly what is damaged on the Bill of Lading and have the truck driver sign it.
3. Please, fax/email a copy of the Bill of Lading and notify the Credit Department regarding the claim after the delivery has been completed.
4. You are allowed to claim the damages and shortages with Jinny within ten (10) days after the shipment day. We WILL NOT accept any claims after ten (10) days.
5. Remember, you can always refuse any damaged boxes to the truck driver, but be sure to get it signed before giving it to the truck driver and notify Jinny.
6. All shipments must be counted and if there are any shortages or surplus, you must have the driver sign for it. If any shortages are not signed, Jinny will not accept these claims.
7. All our invoices are always attached to the skid/pallets. They are either located on the side or on top of the skid. Before you throw away any plastic wrapping, make sure there are not any invoices or other important documents attached to it.
Return Policy
• Original invoice must be presented at all times.
• Damages or returned items will not be accepted after six (6) months of the purchase date.
• Jinny reserves the right not to accept returns under certain circumstances which violate Jinny policies.
GOOD ITEMS (Saleable Products)
in “ORIGINAL CASE”
• Customer returns within 14 days of purchase, we will give you FULL CREDIT minus a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns within 15 days - 59 days of purchase, we will deduct 10% from your original invoice.
• Returns over 60 days of purchase, we will deduct 20% from your original invoice.
• Returns over 120 days of purchase, we will deduct 40% from your original invoice.
• Returns over 6 months will not be allowed.
• Number of returned items must match the purchase quantity of its original invoice.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee for cancelling and returning merchandise.
• No refund for down payment or earnest money after preparing the order.

• Jinny will deduct and additional 10% from your original invoice. For example: If a customer return the product after 70 days, without the original box, Jinny will deduct 30%.

Jinny will not accept items: not purchased from Jinny, discontinued products and items with the sticker price and/or security stickers.
All items are subject to be discarded with no exchange or credit given.

트럭운송 주문받은 제품은 규격화된 비닐포장(SHIRINK-WRAPPING)으로 목적지까지 안전하게 운송됩니다. UPS(육상/항공): 중량이 가벼운 소량주문의 경우 권장되며, 운송관련 비용은 고객부담입니다. 저희 지니뷰티에서는 자사의 트럭과 밴으로 지역 배달 서비스를 해 드리고 있습니다. UPS 최소 구매 금액은 $300.00 입니다.

픽업하시기로한 오더를 한 달 이내에 찾아가시지 않거나, 이미 물건 발송 준비가 끝난 주문을 취소하시면 주문하신 물건들은 즉시 재입고되며 주문하셨던 금액의 10%를 재입고 처리비로 내셔야 합니다. 주문을 적절한 사유없이 취소하시고 재입고 처리비를 내시지 않을 경우, 차후 있을 주문처리에 어려움이 있으므로 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
운송
물건을 받으실때
1. SKID/PALLET 상태 (비닐포장 및 코너보드의 훼손 여부)를 먼저 확인하시고 비닐 포장을 버리시기 전에 INVOICE 또는 중요한 서류가 있는지를 먼저 확인하셔야 합니다.
2. 만일 비닐포장의 훼손이 있을시에는 고객 여러분께서는 트럭 운전사와 함께 모든 박스를 카운트하실 책임과 권리가 있습니다. (혹시 트럭운전사와 마찰이 있을 경우 바로 저희 회사로 연락을 주시면 조치해 드리겠습니다.)
3. 육안으로 확인될 수 있는 파손품의 여부를 확인하셔야 합니다.(파손품은 트럭운전사에게 반납하실 수도 있습니다. 물품의 박스 수량, 반납 여부, 물품 파손 및 누락상태, 수량 등의 세부적인 사항을 반드시 BILL OF LANDING에 적어서 트럭 운전사의 사인을 받으셔야 합니다.
4. 사인이 없을 경우, 저희 회사에서는 물건 파손이나 물량 부족에 대한 CREDIT을 드릴 수 없음을 양해해 주십시오.
5. 운송비를 고객께서 지불하신 경우, 현금 또는 CHECK으로 주셨는지 BILL OF LANDING에 꼭 명시해 주시면 업무에 많은 도움이 되겠습니다.
물건을 받으신 후
1. INVOICE를 근거로 세부적인 사항을 점검하여 주십시오.

2. 제품 인수 후 10일 이내에 저희 회사의 CREDIT DEPT.에 연락을 주셔야 합니다. 10일 후에는 DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIM을 받지 않습니다. (단 토요일, 일요일 양일간은 제외)
3. CLAIM을 하실 경우, 사인 된 BILL OF LANDING을 FAX 해 주시고, CLAIM 통보를 해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
4. 참고 사항으로 반드시 CREDIT DEPT.에 요청하시어 CLAIM을 해주셔야 합니다.
5. 고객 여러분의 보다 정확한 제품 확인을 위하여 ORIGINAL INVOICE를 보내 드리고 있습니다. 문제 발생시 INVOICE를 근거로 CLAIM을 처리하고 있으니 점검이 완전히 끝나기 전까지는 꼭 INVOICE를 보관하여 주시기를 부탁드립니다.
반품 정책
• 반품하실 때는 구입하신 물품의 INVOICE를 지참하셔야 합니다.
• 파손된 제품이나 구입하신지 6개월이 지난 상품은 환불이나 교환이 불가능합니다.
• Jinny 회사 규칙에 어긋난 제품에 한하여 반송된 제품을 회수하지 않을 수 있습니다.
원상품을 그대로 반품하실 경우 - 14일 이내에 구입하신 물건을 반품하실 경우, 20%의 반품 배송비를 공제한 전액을 CREDIT으로 돌려 드립니다.
- 15~59일 이내에 반품하실 경우, 구입하신 가격에서 10%를 공제합니다.
- 60일이 지난 후에 반품하실 경우, 구입하신 가격에서 20%를 공제합니다.
- 120일이 지난 후에 반품하실 경우, 구입하신 가격에 40%를 공제합니다.
- 6개월이 지난 제품은 반품 하실 수 없습니다.
2002년 12월 1일부터 시행되는 JINNY의 반품 정책에 대하여 알려드립니다.

Aproveche nuestra tabla de cargos “Free Freight”. Literalmente puede ahorrar cientos de dólares en costos de flete ordenando la cantidad mínima. Póngase en contacto con su representante de ventas local para obtener más información.
Al realizar el pedido, siempre pida un “estuche completo”, ya que cualquier cosa comprada en cantidades inferiores a la caja completa se le cobrará un 10% adicional al costo.

ENVÍO Y MANIPULACIÓN
Enviamos a través de transportistas de camiones comerciales. Todos los productos se envuelven en plástico retráctil y luego se transportan en camiones a su destino. A través de UPS, servicio aéreo o terrestre. Este servicio se recomienda si el pedido es pequeño en cuanto al peso. El costo de envío y manejo se agregará a la factura. Aproveche nuestro servicio “drive-thru” visitando nuestros almacenes de JBS Beauty Club. Una vez que haya terminado de comprar nuevos productos, los cargadores de almacén JBS Beauty Club empacarán su vehículo por usted. El monto mínimo de la factura para recoger es de $500.00.
PAGOS Y ENVÍOS
CHEQUEAR LA CONDICIÓN DE PAGO POR ADELANTADO
1.Chequar su área para la cantidad de orden mínima.
2.Por teléfono, fax, u orden vía correo.
3.Enviar su pago con la cantidad correcta.

CARGO POR CANCELACIÓN DE ORDEN
Si el cliente no recoge su orden dentro de 30 días o un més de poner la orden, o cancelar su envio por camión (truck) después de terminada la orden. Los productos automaticamente seran retornados y el cliente se le cobrara una multa del 10% de el total de la orden. Todas las ordenes en adelante quedaran pendientes hasta que el cargo por cancelación de orden sea aclarado (pagado). Habrá una tasa de reposición del 20% para la cancelación y devolución de mercancías.
RECLAMOS
Tienen que hacerse antes de 3 días despues de la fecha en que usted reciba su mercancía. Notificar a servicio al cliente.
REEMBOLSOS
Sin devolución de anticipo para el pago inicial o depósito de garantía después de preparar el pedido.
DEVOLUCIONES / CAMBIOS
Necesita la aprobación de la oficina y la factura donde muestre los productos.
CHEQUES SIN FONDOS
El cargo por el rebote de cheque es de $35.00 por cada transacción.
Camiones/Reclamos por Daños e Incompletos
Efectiva desde Diciembre 1, 2002 todas las sucursales de JINNY
PARA QUE EL CLIENTE RECIBA TOTAL CRÉDITO DEBE DE SEGUIR LO SIGUIENTE
1. Verificar que la paleta este completa, chequear que la envoltura no esté cortada en ningún lado. Si la envoltura de plástico ha sido rota notificar al departamento de crédito de JINNY . Escriba por favor el número de su orden.
2. Si hay daños escriba exactamente lo detectado en el papel de entrega y que el chofer del camión lo firme.
3. Por favor enviar por fax y una copia de la confirmación de entrega al departamento de crédito con el reclamo, después que la entrega sea completada.
4. Se le permite hacer los reclamos por daños o incompletos a JINNY en los próximos 10 días posteriores al día de envió. No aceptamos reclamos después de 10 días.
5. Acordarse que usted puede rechazar cualquier caja dañada al chofer del camión. Asegúrese que sea firmada antes de entregársele al chofer del camión y después notificar a JINNY Beauty Supply Co., Inc.
6. Todo cargamento debe ser contado. Si esta incompleto, el chofer del camión debe firmar. Sin la firma del chofer JINNY Beauty Supply Co., Inc. no aceptara ningún reclamo.
7. Todas las facturas van con las paletas .Están puesta al lado o encima de la paleta, antes de tirar cualquier plástico en cual esta envuelta la paleta, esté seguro que no esté la factura o papeles importantes.
Póliza por Devoluciones
• Todo el tiempo debe mostrarse la factura original
• Toda mercancía dañada tiene que ser devuelta a los seis meses a la compra.
• JINNY Corp. se reserva los derechos de no aceptar cualquier devolución que en algún momento pueda violar nuestra póliza.
Buena mercancía (productos de venta) en su empaque original
• Cliente devuelve un plazo de 14 días de la compra,, vamos a darle el crédito completo menos una cuota del 20% de reposición
• Devoluciones entre 15 días -59 días se le descontará el 10% DE LA FACTURA ORIGINAL
• Devoluciones sobre 60 días de su compra se le descontará el 20% DE LA FACTURA ORIGINAL
• Devoluciones 120 días de su compra se le descontará el 40 % DE LA FACTURA ORIGINAL
• Las cantidades de devolución tienen que ser iguales tal como muestra la factura de compra.
• Habrá una tasa de reposición del 20% para la cancelación y devolución de mercancías.
• Sin devolución de anticipo para el pago inicial o depósito de garantía después de preparar el pedido.
Buena mercancía (mercancía para vender) que no esté en su empaque original
• JINNY Corp. Le descontaré 10% la factura original. Por ejemplo: si el cliente retorna productos después de los 70 días sin el empaque original se le descontara 30%.
Productos Defectuosos
JINNY Corp. No aceptara producto no comprado con Jinny Corp., productos descontinuado, con el precio marcado y/o con la estampilla del conigo de seguridad.
Todos los productos seran destruidos y no se dara credito y/o cambio
