W ELCOME TO CAMPUS MAP
OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY Collaborative leadership is crucial to fostering positive international relations between Belize and the United States, and it is a steadfast pillar that bolsters the Consortium for Belize Educational Cooperation (COBEC). A collaborative leadership approach allows both countries to work together towards mutual goals, creating a sense of shared ownership and accountability. By working together, we can build trust, develop shared understanding and respect for each other’s perspectives and priorities. COBEC has always fostered open communication, mutual respect, and a willingness to work together to address educational challenges and find mutually beneficial solutions. The College of Education and Human Sciences at Oklahoma State University aims to continue in this spirit with this year’s annual conference, “Collaborative Leadership for the Now and the Future.” The program includes a multitude of workshops, academic presentations, and social gatherings intentionally designed to facilitate building and maintaining international partnerships. On behalf of the organizing committee and the greater university community at OSU, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all participants attending the conference.
