Inspirerad av blommor, träd och svampar utvecklade jag detta konstverk som utforskar inte bara dekonstruktionen av former, utan också olika texturer och material.

Inspired by flowers, trees and fungi

Jag är intresserad av hur underjorden är uppbyggd och hur underjordiska nätverk och kopplingar vävs mellan olika livsformer: vad ”säger” de till varandra, hur kommunicerar de och vad försöker de berätta för oss.

I developed this artwork that explores not only the deconstruction of forms, but also different textures and materials. I am interested in how the underground is made up and how subterraneous networks and connections are woven between different forms of life: what do they “say” to each other, how do they communicate and what are they trying to tell us.

Detta textila stycke ackompanjeras av ett musikaliskt experiment där jag blandade inspelningen av svampar och blommors elektriska impulser översatta till ljud och min egen fantasi om vad de pratade om, vilket tog upp idén om samarbeten mellan mänskliga och icke-mänskliga livsformer .

This textile piece is accompanied by a musical experiment where I mixed the recording of fungi and flowers’ electrical impulses translated to sound and my own fantasy of what they were talking about, bringing up the idea of collaborations between human and non-human forms of life.
