Fan Experience & Events Executive St Helen’s Stadium Swansea 37.5 per week with flexibility to work evenings and weekends Marketing & Campaigns Manager Permanent The Fan Experience & Events Executive will support the planning, coordination and delivery of fan experience activity across Ospreys matchdays and relevant St Helen’s events. This is a junior / development role. The successful candidate will help deliver fanfacing activity, fan zone elements, community activations, feedback collection and event support. Working closely with the Marketing & Campaigns Manager and wider team, they will play a key role in shaping the matchday experience at St Helen’s as the club returns to Swansea.

1. Matchday & Event Delivery  Support and implement matchday and event fan engagement strategy  Coordinate planning and delivery of the fan journey for all Ospreys home matchdays and St Helen’s events  Plan and deliver a range of club events, including community activations, partner events, launches and fan engagement initiatives  Manage matchday and event production schedules across pre-match, in-game and post-match activity, including detailed event plans, timelines and run sheets  Plan, coordinate and deliver all fan-facing entertainment, activations and engagement experiences, including fan zones, hospitality, entertainment and family initiatives  Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to deliver engaging physical and digital experiences  Coordinate matchday staff, suppliers and volunteers, including briefings and on-the-day management  Act as the central point of contact on matchdays, ensuring smooth and professional delivery  Utilise stadium technology to enhance fan engagement and interaction  Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or fan-related issues in real time 2. social media, in-person engagement) Analyse fan insights to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement Lead post-match and post-event debriefs with internal teams and stakeholders Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g. fan satisfaction, engagement, sentiment) for internal stakeholders and partners Implement learnings to continuously enhance the matchday and event experience Ensure all events are delivered on time, on brand and within budget

Marketing & Communications  Monitoring incoming supporter communication via web and email and act as first point of contact for supporter queries  Support marketing activity for Ospreys matchdays and St Helen’s events  Support Marketing Manger with club email strategy, particularly when relevant to fan experience 4. Community Engagement & Partnerships  Build relationships with local artists, musicians and community groups to deliver a diverse range of entertainment and experiences  Support the delivery of community-focused initiatives and activations  Ensure the Ospreys’ values of inclusivity, community and passion are reflected across all fan engagement activities PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience Essential  Interest in event management, fan engagement, live production, or sports operations  Some experience in creating and delivering large scale events  Strong organisational and project management skills  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends Desirable  Experience within professional sport or live entertainment  Understanding of stadium operations and matchday delivery  Relevant degree, qualification or early-career experience in events, sport, marketing, hospitality or similar.  Experience volunteering or working at sports events, live events or community activity.  Understanding of rugby, Ospreys or the local supporter base.
