Commercial Partnerships Manager Swansea 37.5 per week Director of Commercial, Marketing and Communications Permanent The Partnerships Manager is responsible for retaining, servicing and growing Ospreys’ existing commercial partner relationships. The role ensures partners receive proper contact, strong account management, clear activation planning, professional rights delivery and regular reporting. The focus is partner retention, partner satisfaction, renewal planning and growth from current relationships.  Commercial Partners  Local businesses  Hospitality guests  Key internal and external stakeholders including: o Finance o Marketing o Operations Partner Relationship Management  Act as the main relationship lead for allocated partners.  Build strong, regular relationships with partners throughout the season.  Understand each partner’s objectives, expectations and priorities.  Maintain clear partner account plans.  Ensure partners are contacted regularly, not only at renewal or when the club needs something.  Identify partner risks early and agree actions with the Director. Retention and Growth  Lead renewal planning for allocated partners.  Identify upsell and growth opportunities within current partnerships.  Work with the Director on larger renewals and strategic partner conversations.  Support the development of renewal proposals and partner materials.  Track renewal dates, partner value, risk level and next actions.  Help protect and grow existing commercial revenue. Rights Delivery and Servicing  Ensure partner rights are delivered properly and on time.  Oversee delivery of branding, digital rights, content rights, hospitality, tickets, matchday assets and activation requirements.  Work with internal teams to make sure partner obligations are understood and delivered.  Review partner delivery regularly and address gaps quickly.  Ensure partners receive clear updates and professional service. Activation Planning  Work with partners to plan meaningful activations.  Work with Marketing, Content, Design, Video and Fan Experience to deliver

partner activity. Ensure partner activations support both partner value and the Ospreys brand. Help partners maximise the value of their association with the club.

Reporting and Reviews  Organise and lead regular partner reviews.  Produce partner reports showing delivery, impact and value.  Track partner satisfaction and feedback.  Provide updates to the Director on renewal risk, growth opportunities and delivery status. Retail / Contract Resource  Coordinate with retail / contract resource where relevant.  Ensure retail activity is aligned with partner, campaign and brand requirements where required. Team Leadership  Lead and support the Partnership Services Executive, setting clear priorities and expectations.  Ensure partner servicing, activation and rights delivery are coordinated effectively across the team.  Provide guidance, feedback and development support to help build capability within the partnerships function.

Excellent network within South Wales (Swansea, Neath and Bridgend and the surrounding area) Experience of delivering outstanding customer experience Experience of working with discretion in a professional environment Experience in account management, partnerships, sponsorship, commercial servicing or customer relationship management. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Experience delivering partner rights or commercial obligations.

Desirable  Track record of selling sponsorship and hospitality products in sport/ leisure  Experience in sport, events, hospitality, sponsorship or media  Proficient in Microsoft Office products  Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively reach cold leads via phone and email  Commercial focus  Organisation and planning  Conflict resolution  Problem solving  Strong self awareness
