Riverview Gets Sprouts, Chick-fil-A, Texas Roadhouse & More

The site plans are in circulation and national chains are confirming plans to build locations in Riverview. A site plan showing Texas Roadhouse, Srub-A-Doo Car Wash, Sprouts, Valvoline, Moe’s, Dental Care Alliance & Chick-fil-A is being shared online to the excitement of local residents. The new plaza, located on U.S. Hwy 301. at Summerfield Crossing Blvd. in front of the new VA Community Medical Center is adjacent to the new Wawa convenience store and across from the newly opened Outback/Carrabba’s Express location. Sprouts Farmers Market, which recently opening it’s Valrico location, has confirmed it’s new Riverview, FL store. According to a press release, “ Sprouts Farmers Market, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country, today announced it will open a store in Riverview, Fla. at Summerfield Crossing Shopping Center.” The new location is in addition to Sprouts’ previously announced plans to expand in Florida with stores in Naples, Clearwater, Winter Park, Oviedo, Deerfield Beach, Wellington and Trinity. The healthy grocer currently operates five stores in the state. The Valrico location is 30,000 square feet and employs more than 120 people. For more, visit sprouts.com/stores. Despite being identified on the site plan, Chick-fil-A, Inc. is not prepared to announce it’s long-awaited Riverview location.

“We are always evaluating potential new locations in the hopes of serving existing and new customers great food with remarkable service,” said Jessica Ferrell, External Communications, Chickfil-A, Inc. “We would very much like to have a location in Riverview, but we have no new locations to confirm at this time.
