Ohio State Membership Awards & Incentives AWARDS & INCENTIVES

Mini 250 Challenge 1. Attain STATE GOAL for 250 new members per month each proposer is entered into drawing one entry per recruit for $250 cash in each diocese. Each new recruit is also entered into a drawing if he recruits a new candidate for $25 in each diocese

Ultimate 5000 Challenge 1. Attain STATE GOAL for new members for each fraternal year, each proposer is entered into drawing, one entry per recruit, for ($1 per recruit state wide) $3000 up to $5000.

Council Incentives 1. Any council that recruits 2 new members in the October BLITZ will receive $25 and $10 for each new member above 2. If a council duplicates its October recruitment intake during the March BLITZ that council will receive $50 for the first 2 new members and $20 for each additional recruit 2. Any council that recruits five (5) new members between May 1 and June 30 and is at least +5 above suspensions and withdrawals will receive $50 and a Plaque.

3. Any Grand Knight whose council recruits 5 new members during the October Blitz and/or March Blitz and is +5 member above suspensions and withdrawals on the July 1st Supreme report will receive $50.00 for himself and $50 for the Financial Secretary.

4. Any council that recruits 100 new members during the fraternal year, the Grand Knight has a choice of receiving a trip to the 2018 Supreme Convention in Baltimore, MD for three days, includes hotel, mileage, per diem and registration costs or $1000.00 for the council treasury. This also applies to the 2018-2019 fraternal year membership program.

2017-2019 “In His Honor” Ohio State Membership Awards & Incentives Individual Awards An Individual member who sponsors new or former members into the Knights of Columbus will receive one the following awards at his level of achievement: .

1. Recruit former members - $10 per member (minimum of 2 members) 2. 5 members - $50 3. 10 members - $100 4. 25 members - $150 5. 50 members by May 1st - Registration and two (2) nights paid at the 2018 State Convention in Cincinnati. Also applies to 2019 State Convention.

6. 100 members between July 1 & June 30 - Registration and three (3) nights hotel costs paid at the Supreme Convention or $1000.00 7. Return of Form 100, sent to new members via “what we do” newsletter, resulting in another new member completing admissions degree - $10.00 Note: Copies of the Form 100 must be forwarded to the State Membership Director for verification. The proposer's membership number must be included on the form.

District Deputies' Incentives 1. Any District Deputy who achieves +5 in the October Blitz will receive cash award of $50 when verify on the January 1st Supreme report. If he repeats the +5 in the March Blitz he will receive $100; verify on the July1 Supreme report.

2. Any District Deputy with 100% active council participation in which each council brings in at least two (2) new members at the October State/Diocesan /local First Degree will receive cash award $100. If District Deputy has an inactive council, which is verify, remaining councils must average two (2) members.

3. Any District Deputy with 100% active council participation in which each council brings in at least two (2) new members at the March State/Diocesan/or local First Degree will receive cash award of $100. If District Deputy has an inactive council, which is verify, remaining councils must average two (2) members.

4. When a new council is chartered, the District Deputy responsible will receive a plaque with a copy of the council’s charter on it.

6. When a new council is formed, the District Deputy will get $200 per council formed. Plus, additional $5.00 for every new member and/or former member on new charter.

Diocesan Membership Director Incentives 1. Achieve 125% of your Diocese’s Membership Quota and receive $250.00.

2. Achieve 150% of your Diocese’s Membership Quota and receive $300.00

3. Achieve 200% of your Diocese’s Membership Quota or help start five (5) new councils in your diocese and you will receive: A free trip to the 2018 Supreme Convention in Baltimore, MD, which includes hotel, banquet, mileage and per diem A free trip to the 2019 Supreme Convention should someone achieve 200% increase during the 2018-2019 fraternal year.
