What's Cookin'? Chili Fest is a treasured winter tradition that features dozens of local restaurants and businesses and their chili recipes in a friendly yet competitive spirit. Chili trophies are awarded to the top three place holders, and, each winner designates a charity to receive a donation. The voting public determines best chili by completing a 'ballot' and voting for their favorite chili.
