Valentine's Day Sexto evento anual de bodas de San Valentín en el Tribunal del Condado Osceola Condado Osceola, FL - El miércoles, 14 de febrero de 2018, el secretario del Tribunal del Condado Osceola fue el anfitrión del Sexto Evento Anual de Bodas de San Valentín en el Tribunal Histórico del Condado Osceola en 3 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. Las primeras cuarenta (40) parejas pre registradas disfrutaron de una ceremonia de matrimonio gratuita realizado por el Honorable Armando Ramírez. Para acomodar las preferencias
de idioma, el Sr. Ramírez realizó una ceremonia en inglés y otra en español. La ceremonia en inglés se llevó a cabo a las 10:00 a.m. y la ceremonia en español fue a las 2:00 p.m. El registro adecuado incluyó la finalización del proceso de solicitud de la licencia y el pago de las tarifas de licencia correspondiente. Osceola County Clerk of Court Sixth Annual Valentine Wedding Event Osceola county, FL - On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the Osceola County Clerk of Court hosted the Sixth Annual Valentine Wedding Event at the Osceola County Historic Courthouse at 3 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. The first forty (40) pre-registered couples enjoyed a free marriage ceremony performed by the Honorable Armando Ramírez. To accommodate language preference, Mr. Ramírez
performed a ceremony in English and another in Spanish. The English ceremony was held at 10:00 a.m. and the Spanish ceremony was at 2:00 p.m. Proper registration included completion of the license application process and payment of applicable license fees marriage ceremony fee was waived for the participating couples. A reception with wedding cake was provided immediately following each ceremony.

New rental car center and SkyConnect trains demonstrate Tampa International Airport growth Tampa, FL – Governor Rick Scott attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for Tampa International Airport’s new state-ofart rental car center and SkyConnect trains, which will carry passengers between the main terminal, economy garage and new rental car center. This project was completed to help accommodate the growing number of passengers at Tampa International Airport, including a record 19.6 million passengers in 2017.

Tour Latino 2018 Cientos de ciclistas participaron en el 5to Tour Latino Anual a beneficio de Prospera Orlando, FL - Ciclistas expertos y principiantes viajaron de distintas partes de la Florida y de otros estados para participar en el quinto Tour Latino a beneficio de Prospera el pasado domingo, 11 de febrero. El evento caritativo atrajo a casi 550 atletas entre los 16 y 77 años para montar bicicleta y apoyar a la organización sin fines de lucro. Tour Latino recauda fondos para ayudar a Prospera a continuar asistiendo a empresarios hispanos a establecer y expandir negocios a través de la Florida. Antes del amanecer del domingo, los ciclistas y sus familiares llegaron al Clermont Waterfront Park para apoyar a las pequeñas empresas y celebrar con música, comida y entretenimiento en el parque. Hundreds of cyclists participated in 5th Annual Tour Latino benefiting Propera Orlando, FL - Expert and beginner cyclists from across Florida and beyond came together on Sunday, Feb. 11 for the fifth annual Tour Latino benefiting Prospera. The fundraiser attracted nearly 550 athletes between 16 and 77 years of age and with diverse backgrounds to ride their bikes and support the nonprofit organization. Tour Latino raises funds to help Prospera continue serving Hispanic entrepreneurs as they build new and stronger businesses in Florida. Before dawn on Sunday, the cyclists and their families gathered at Clermont Waterfront Park to pull for small businesses and celebrate with music, food and activities at the park. Prospera Vice President for Central Florida Gaby Ortigoni kicked off the event, welcoming participants, thanking sponsors and volunteers, and offering special recognition to event

Cyclists then departed in groups for five different bike routes: 10, 25, 50, 70, and 100-mile rides across and around hilly Clermont. Guests will experience two new attractions, including Slinky Dog Dash, a familyfriendly coaster which will send riders dipping, dodging and dashing around turns and drops that Andy has created to stretch Slinky and his coils to the max. “Toy Story” pals also come to life in another fresh-from-the-box themed attraction — Alien Swirling Saucers. This Pizza Planet toy play set is loaded with aliens circling about in their flying saucers pulling along rocket ships full of guests. The new land also will encompass – Toy Story Mania! – which has been expanded to add a third track to the existing popular attraction. State News and local leaders in Tallahassee next week to discuss ways to keep Florida students safe, including school safety improvements and keeping guns away from individuals struggling with mental illness. Governor Scott remains in Broward County and has continued to be briefed by law enforcement, emergency management, and local school officials. Additional details on next week’s meetings will be announced in the coming days.

Volvió la Champions League Orlando, FL - El pasado martes 13 y miércoles 14 de febrero volvió el torneo de clubes más emocionante del mundo: la UEFA Champions League, en su etapa de Octavos de Final. Partidos que esperábamos desde hace más de dos meses, y que no decepcionaron. Veamos el resumen de cada uno: Juventus 2-2 Tottenham La Vecchia Signora llegaba con racha de 7 partidos sin recibir gol (o sea, en todo el 2018), manteniéndose a un punto del líder Napoli en la Serie A. La Juventus, un equipo con experiencia y prestigio, llegaba con muchas ausencias, como Dybala, Barzagli, Matuidi y Lichsteiner. Enfrente, tenía a un equipo joven y con hambre de triunfo, con ese ataque letal de Harry Kane, Christian Ericksen y Dele Ali. La Juve se puso adelante 2-0 muy temprano (a los 9 minutos) con doblete de Higuaín. Sin embargo, a partir de ese momento el balón estuvo en posesión de los Spurs, quienes lograron el empate histórico ante la valla invicta de Buffon. Goles de Kane y Ericksen mandan la serie a Wembley con ligera ventaja para los ingleses. El momento más importante vino cuando Higuaín falló el penal (y su triplete) que hubiera finiquitado la eliminatoria, justo al final del primer tiempo. Basel 0-4 Manchester City Para los que tenían dudas de si el Manchester City era uno de los candidatos más fuertes a levantar la Champions League, este encuentro prueba que sí. Los Citizens ya iban
3-0 a los 23 minutos, con demasiada facilidad ante un pobre equipo suizo que de por sí tenía pocas posibilidades. Goles de Gündogan (2), Bernardo Silva y Kun Agüero, y los de Guardiola ya están en Cuartos de Final. Real Madrid 3-1 Paris Saint Germain Los parisinos parecían ser claros favoritos ante los bicampeones de Europa que atraviesan un momento de crisis. Y parecía que el ataque demoledor de Neymar, Mbappé y Cavani haría trizas a una defensa madridista que hacía agua últimamente. Así parecía el primer tiempo cuando, con gol de Rabiot, se pusieron en frente. Sin embargo, un error infantil de Lo Celso al cometer un penal muy claro sobre Toni Kroos, provocó que Cristiano Ronaldo anotara desde los 11 pasos (ha anotado en todos los encuentros de esta UCL). El segundo tiempo, a pesar del dominio parisino, acabó a favor de los madridistas después de la entrada de Asensio, quien con 2 asistencias (a Cristiano y a Marcelo), se consagró como la figura del partido. Porto 0-5 Liverpool Los Reds se consagraron como el equipo más goleador de la Champions al momento, tras pasar por encima de los portugueses.
