Kissimmee, FL - El equipo de socorristas del Centro Acuático Bob Makinson (BMAC por sus siglas en inglés) de la Ciudad de Kissimmee ganó tercer lugar en los Juegos de Socorristas auspiciado por Florida Aquatics Council, Inc., llevado a cabo durante el mes de agosto de 2019.

Kissimmee, FL - The City of Kissimmee’s Lifeguard team from Bob Makinson Aquatic Center won 3rd place overall at the Florida Aquatics Council, Inc. Lifeguard Games held in August 2019.

Esta competencia consiste en seis eventos. Los eventos incluyen: relevo de socorristas, manejo de una lesión de la médula espinal, fortaleza y resistencia, relevo de guante, víctima inconsciente extraída de aguas profundas y relevo de “Switch-A-Roo”. El equipo de BMAC ganó primer lugar en dos de tres eventos de socorristas y tercer lugar en fortaleza y resistencia. “El ser parte del equipo acuático de Kissimmee requiere capacitación, diligencia y mucha energía. This competition consisted of six events. The events included: lifeguard relay, shallow water spinal injury management, strength & stamina, glove relay, an unconscious submerged victim with deepwater extraction, and Switch-A-Roo relay. The BMAC Bandits won 1st place in two of the three lifeguard related events and placed 3rd in strength and stamina. “Being part of Kissimmee’s aquatic team takes training, diligence, and lots of energy. I’m proud of our lifeguards’ commitment to keeping our customers safe. This competition is just one way of highlighting their skills and talents,” said Parks & Recreation director, Elizabeth Harris. Revelan nuevos camiones de recogido de basura Condado Osceola, FL - El jueves 26 de septiembre, en el Courthouse Square, la presidenta de la Comisión del Condado Cheryl Grieb, los Comisionados del Condado, funcionarios de Obras Públicas y de Advanced Disposal, miembros de la comunidad y otros invitados participaron de la revelación de la nueva flota de camiones de Advanced Disposal que comenzarán a servir a aproximadamente 70,000 hogares del Condado Osceola el 1 de octubre de 2019.

Estos nuevos camiones son más eficientes y tienen mensajes sobre el medio ambiente en ellos. Los mensajes fueron proporcionados por Diane Rachel, una artista galardonada, que creció en la Florida y se ha inspirado en su belleza natural y la calidez de sus comunidades. New curbside collection trucks reveal Osceola County, FL – On Thursday, September 26, at Courthouse Square, County Commission Chairwoman Cheryl Grieb, County Commissioners, officials from Public Works and Advanced Disposal, community members and other guests participated of the reveal of the new Advanced Disposal trucks that will begin serving approximately 70,000 Osceola County households on Oct. 1, 2019.

The new trucks are more efficient and have messaging about the environment on them. That message was provided by Diane Rachel an award winning artist who grew up in Florida and has been inspired by its natural beauty and the warmth of its communities. Diane generously donated the artwork to Osceola County and hopes that in a small way it inspires us to appreciate our community. Four trucks were on displayed.

2019 Choice Fair for parents and students Osceola County, FL - The Osceola County School Board strongly believes that parents should decide which academic environment best meets their students' needs. In order to inform parents and students of their expanded school choice options for the 2020-2021 school year, the Osceola School District will host a Choice Fair on November 7, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Events Center at Osceola Heritage Park to showcase the highquality options available to students and their families in kindergarten through Grade 12. Staff members in the district’s Charter and Educational Choices Department will be available to assist parents in completing the choice application onsite.

This free event will help families make sense of the district’s school choice process, and give them the tools they need to make the right choice for their children. All Osceola district schools are scheduled to attend the Choice Fair, and can answer questions about their academic programs, extracurricular activities, student and parent services, and program admission requirements. The district's online Choice application window for the 2020-2021 school year will run from November 8, 2019, through February 3, 2020. Manhattan, New York - Last Wednesday, September 25, 2019, the Presidential Commissioner for Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Julio Borges, together with the Venezuelan Ambassador to the United States, Carlos Vecchio, attended a meeting with the president of the The United States, Donald Trump, and numerous Heads of State from Latin American to ratify the need for Nicolas Maduro to leave power, to achieve the stability of the entire region and the well-being of Venezuelans.

Jiménez Potenza – El Osceola Star Manhattan, New York - On Wednesday, September 25, 2019, a group of Venezuelans living in New York together with the Venezuelan ambassador to the United States, Carlos Vecchio, the OAS coordinator of Venezuelan migrants and refugees, David Smolansky, State deputy of Zulia, Lester Toledo, and human rights activist Lilian Tintori, were on the soundings of the United Nations to show the world the current situation in Venezuela and explain what are going to be the next steps that they are going to take in the diplomatic level. Carlos Vecchio declared that thanks to the voice of millions of Venezuelans around the world and the support of the interim president Juan Guiado, who has the support of more than 57 nations, they will do everything possible to restore democracy in Venezuela. In the same way, they went over what actions have been taken recently at the United Nations, where the Venezuelan delegation

has been present at meetings with the Lima Group, where they declared the Maduro regime's connection with criminal groups. While in the Atlantic Council they explained to the world how the "Plan País" can restore the stability of the nation. This allowed TIAR Treaty member countries to approve new actions to provide stability to the region. The protest ended with statements of David Smolansky, who explained the current migrant situation where more than four million Venezuelans were forced to migrate throughout Latin America and the world, and the efforts they are doing at the OAS to make sure they are well received in neighboring countries. Lester Toledo added that they will soon meet with the federal agency USAID to agree on further humanitarian aid. While Lilian Tintori ended by mentioning that they will continue on the path of ending the usurpation of power, a transitional government, and free elections.

In Florida, tenants by entireties must be married couples (no other relationships qualify), and the property that can be protected includes both real property (real estate) and other tangible or intangible personal property, which is excluded in most other states with entireties protection. Following assumes it does] Refinancing real property that one spouse owned before marriage creates a new instrument, simultaneous acquisition, and equal interest, which allows the property to be held by both spouses under tenants by entireties ownership. What Kind Of Protection Does Tenancy By Entireties Provide? Property owned by a married couple under tenants by entireties protection cannot be considered when a creditor is trying to collect on a judgment against one of the spouses. This does not apply when the tenants are jointly in debt to a creditor. If the creditor gets a judgment against one spouse as an individual, the property covered under tenants by entireties cannot be seized involuntarily. If a creditor gets a judgment against both spouses, the property can be seized involuntarily to settle the judgment. In cases of divorce or the death of one spouse, assets that were formerly protected may become vulnerable to judgment creditors, depending on the circumstances. Entireties assets are also treated differently than other assets in bankruptcy; they’re not subject to the 2-year residency requirement for exemption, but they are only considered exempt when one spouse files bankruptcy individually, and there are no joint unsecured debts between the couple. Condado Osceola, FL - El 17 de septiembre de 2019, se inició una investigación en referencia a un incidente sospechoso que involucró a estudiantes de la Escuela Intermedia Horizon creando una lista de estudiantes que estarían "seguros" durante un evento desconocido. Osceola County, FL On September 17, 2019, an investigation began in reference to a suspicious incident involving students at Horizon Middle School creating a list of students who would be “safe” during an unknown event. Several students said another student in the school, told them they would be considered “safe.” This caused concern for the students in regard to the possibility that there may be additional information or another list of students that may not be “safe.”

Through further investigation it was discovered two students had a conversation about carrying out school violence and possibly a shooting at the school. Though no date and time was discussed, a list was created with names of students on a “safe” list and names of students on a “stab” list. There was also talk about sneaking a gun into the school and shooting students as well as stabbing them. Both students subsequently admitted to discussing and creating the list but said they were just joking. A third student, who was present during the conversation, corroborated the information provided to detectives. The two students who admitted to creating the list were charged with Making Written Threats to Kill or Conduct Mass Shooting (F.S.S. 836.10). The students were later transported and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Tomás Boy no duró ni un torneo en Chivas. En el América se acaba la paciencia con Miguel Herrera. Al clásico nacional, ninguno llega en buen momento

Los grandes se tambalean Los cuatro grandes del futbol mexicano, más los dos Regios, viven momentos difíciles. El campeonato está siendo dominado por equipos que nadie daba un peso por ellos: Querétaro, Necaxa, Santos, León y hasta el Morelia. En cambio, los 6 equipos más populares de México se tambalean. Amanecimos el jueves con la noticia del despido de Tomás Boy del Guadalajara, a dos días del clásico nacional. No es por defender al jefe, quien desde hace rato no tiene un solo éxito, mucho menos un título en 30 años como técnico, pero a estas Chivas ni Klopp las salvaba. Sus problemas van desde la directiva, que entre los Vergara e Higuera no dan una, hasta el plantel, que es bastante limitado. Chivas ha comprado más cantidad que calidad, y si a esa fórmula le agregas un DT limitado (Cardozo o Boy), la respuesta es que Chivas está cerca de su 5 torneo seguido sin liguilla. Simplemente no hay un proyecto serio ni el suficiente talento, y ahora con Luis Fernando Tena dudo que cambien las cosas. Al América por fin le cobran factura tantas ausencias. Marchesín era el mejor portero de México, y aunque Ochoa en el papel debería serlo, no da la misma confiabilidad, y ha recibido gol en cada partido. Extrañan a Uribe, Edson, hoy en Europa, y a Nico Castillo, lesionado. Vaya, hasta a Oribe con su terrible sequía es extrañado. Ligan 6 partidos sin victoria, más las derrotas ante Atlanta y Tigres en EU, y se viene el clásico.

Lo del Cruz Azul ya es trágico. Dejaron ir victorias ante Toluca, Puebla, Tijuana, Chivas, Pumas y Monterrey, perdiendo 13 puntos en el proceso. Apenas han ganado 2 partidos de 11, cometen errores infantiles, no tienen idea al atacar, Siboldi claramente no es la respuesta, y la directiva es un desastre. Pumas empezó bien, pero se ha ido trompicando. Ha ganado solo 2 de sus últimos 9, y uno fue ante el Veracruz que no cuenta. No juegan a nada, su talento es mediocre, y la liguilla se escapa. De Michel poco podemos agregar, pero si Patiño llevó a prácticamente el mismo plantel a la semifinal, y aún así lo corrieron, no sé qué esperan con el español. Simplemente, tampoco tienen suficiente talento. Aunque los Regios estarán en liguilla, hoy pasan por una mala racha. Los Tigres llevan 6 seguidos sin ganar, y perdieron en casa ante el Puebla. El Tuca estrelló su coche, Nahuel pierde la cabeza, perdieron otra final internacional, y no convencen a nadie. La afición de Rayados pide a gritos la salida de Alonso, quien no aprovecha el enorme talento a su disposición. Ante Puebla se dejaron empatar, ante Cruz Azul jugaron horrible al 0-0. Si no es finalista, es el último torneo de Alonso. El Apertura 2019 ya lleva 11 jornadas, y ni los 4 grandes, ni los dos equipos más ricos han convencido a nadie. El tiempo se acaba, y este fin de semana el clásico nacional y el regio son excelentes escenarios para retomar el rumbo.

They don't play well, their talent is mediocre, and they miss the league. We can add little of Michel, but if Patiño took practically the same team to the semifinal, and they still kicked him out I don't know what they expect with the Spaniard. They simply don't have enough talent either. Although the Regios will be in liguilla, today they go through a bad run. The Tigers have 6 in a row without winning and lost at home to Puebla. The "Tuca" crashed his car, Nahuel loses his mind, they lost another international final, and they don't convince anyone. The fans of "Rayados"shouts for the departure of Alonso, who does not take advantage of the enormous talent at his disposal.
