New for Spring 2021

Studies and Observations Group is building on the momentum created in 2020 with the successful launch of a comprehensive rebranding. SOG’s new direction and new products turned heads and attracted legions of new fans. For 2021, it gets even better.

This season, SOG delivers substantial upgrades to a pair of trusted folding knives for outdoor and daily carry users. SOG is introducing two Light Edition (LTE) models: Kiku XR LTE and Terminus XR LTE. Each feature carbon fiber components that deliver an incredibly lightweight, but strong, package. Both LTE folders have SOG’s XR locking mechanism, an engineering breakthrough that guarantees quick and confident lock-up.

SOG has also completely redefined its pack line with Surrept Carry System (CS). This new line of packs and accessories are deliberately designed for those who want to always be prepared, while maintaining an understated appearance. Each of the six packs in the line are highly functional, discreet and complete with features required for those who are not afraid to dive headfirst into solving problems.

The new LTE lines and Surrept Carry System complement the collection SOG debuted last year. The slim and lightweight Ultra XR continues to impress and will be a daily carry staple for years to come.

By studying, observing and applying the lessons of 2020, SOG comes back in 2021 even stronger with knives and packs purposefully designed to meet the demands of the most discerning users.

NEW SOG PRODUCT NAMING CONVENTIONS

To further enhance clarity, we have standardized SOG’s naming conventions, allowing us to build out logical families of products without creating long descriptive names or renaming products.
