I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Kent State University, United States. Experienced in design management with an advanced level of proﬁciency in Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape. Highly responsible and creative focused on creating communities with modern, sustainable, and functional architecture to increase the quality of life.

Our rich culture deserves to sustain forever by leveraging it with modern designs. Growing up in A historical city “Madinah” has inspired me to think of ways to develop our historical architecture while we ensure to keep the same feelings and soul of the place. My aspiration is to play an essential part in shaping the future of Saudi Arabia in alignment with the 2030 vision by being one of the leading architects in the kingdom.

While im in Saudi Downtown company, I led the architecture identities of buildings form in 12 downtowns with diﬀerent level of interpretation that demonstrates the understanding of the cultural and environmental heritage of each downtown based on the architectural identities.

RESIDENTIAL

As Saudi Architect desginer of diffrent projects across the country, I aims to fill in the gap in the Saudi market by reflecting the Saudi culture and lifestyle with modern designs to achieve the quality of life program objectives. And upgrade standardized the residential building to fit each family with thier own needs.Also I foucused on open space, privaicy, funcality, and coast.

MAHD ACADEMY

Turning an old abandon place to 7 buildings for different uses such as, hotels, theaters, offices, sport gyms…etc, while maintaining it under one theme was the ultimate challenge. We focused on the lightings and choosing specific colors to display the modern, to future feeling. For the material we used cladding and creating a soft clean look to the buildings to give them the future touch.

Food and beverage interior design oﬀering are undoubtedly important features when it comes to deﬁning the overall concept of a restaurant, and both should go hand in hand to work successfully. Restaurant design is not just about picking colors and fabrics. It involves a lot of technical knowledge of how restaurants work and restaurant operational considerations. There are literally hundreds to thousands of elements to take into consideration in restaurant design.

BALWARAH OFFICES &HUB.

Cost elimination was our key objective of this project. This space is a community hub where creatives can meet to exchange ideas, it can be multi-used for lectures, workshops, event space and outdoor lounge.

MBS COLLAGE CYBER SECURITY.

For the college of cyber security we created a space that can show the Artiﬁcial intelligence for the place. The whole place was built resembling the inside of a computer motherboard layout with all i ts details, to give the ultimate tech experience.We focused on using speciﬁc colors to erg the elegance and creativity feeling with the yellow and grey shades.

DESIGN IS SO SIMPLE, THAT`S WHY IT`S SO COMPLICATED.

IV LANDSCAPE

RESORT LANDSCAPE CONCEPT DESIGN

Where I have created an informal tropical garden with soft curves and rich planting around a natural swimming pool. Visitors almost feel nature even though they’re much in the city. Coming from the resort suite through the snaking walkways you’ll swept up over the river toward diﬀerent activity spaces.

HAYATT SHARMA LANDSCAPE

My vision is to produce an art piece landmark using minimal design and nature with integrated local hints of culture. The concept was designed to blend in with nature, create a clam atmosphere and create a dynamic luxurious customer journey experience.

Previous State:

Situated in a prominent area of neom the resort hosts basic facilities with the potential for ideal reach.

Project Brief:

Reconstruction and new developments on existing buildings, landscaping with new additions, focus on activation, a well outlined resort with ﬂow in experience and entrainment.

PRIVATE OPEN SPACES

Turning an abandon wated spaces into a magical romantic spot for family gathering and making the best use of the space to achive each family requremtns always achallenge. Naturale elemnts such as plants and waterfall are optimal to maintain the privacy of open private space and to enjoy the relaxing sound of the water along.
