Sea Monsters

For nearly 200 million years while dinosaurs roamed the Earth, the seas teemed with some of the most aweinspiring ocean creatures of all time.

Sea Monsters, a National Geographic Giant Screen film, is an entertaining journey into prehistoric oceans.

Using CGI and dramatic reenactments, the film follows the life of a prehistoric reptile (Dolichorhynchops) during the Late Cretaceous period and its discovery in 1900 by Kansas teen George Sternberg.

3,430 FISCAL MONTH OF MAY 2025

LET’S CELEBRATE!

In June

"Lunar Lander" was released that same year and went on to sell nearly 5000 arcade cabinets in its initial run.

BREAKING BARRIERS

This Pride Month, we’re shining a light on Dr Alan L Hart, a brilliant doctor, medical researcher, and one of the first trans men in the United States to undergo a hysterectomy.

Born in 1890, Alan transitioned in the early 20th century, which was time when being true to yourself came with serious risks. But that didn’t stop him as he went on to become a pioneer in using X-rays to detect tuberculosis, a method that is recognized as the gold standard today. His work changed the way public health tackled the disease and he left a lasting impact on medicine

Alan was also a novelist and a quiet advocate for living life on your own terms His courage and determination remind us that Pride is about more than celebration, it’s about honoring those who paved the way for progress and inclusion

PTSD AWARENESS MONTH

There are currently about 12 million people in the United States with PTSD

PTSD (posttraumatic stress disorder) is a mental health problem that some people develop after experiencing or witnessing a life-threatening event, like combat, a natural disaster, a serious car accident, or sexual assault.
