1. Did you ever have a nick name you disliked? What was it? My nick name is "TMac," which I like, but over the years friends have had some "fun" with it. And, as a young kid "Tom the Bomb," which ended up being kinda cool.
2. If you could visit any planet, which would you visit & why ? Maybe Saturn, so I could see the rings from the other side.
3. What’s your favorite 80’s jam? Oh my there are way too many to choose from (I'm an 80's kid), how about "Under Pressure" by Queen and David Bowie.
4. What accomplishment are you most proud of? Fatherhood.
5. Who are the 3 greatest living musicians? Another music question (again, so many choices)...how about Jack White, Michael Franti, and Dave Lombardo (my son is now playing drums).
6. What would you do if you were invisible for a day?
Just drive around to freak people out, then, maybe sneak into a concert or a Seahawk's game (those ticket prices are brutal).
7. If you could have dinner with anyone from history, who would it be? Mark Twain.
8. If you could ask your pet 3 questions, what would they be? No pet, but how about, "Do you really like that food?" "Do you understand me?" "Can you really sense natural disasters?"

Orion’s annual Fitness Contest is a 12 week long friendly competition among the Orion Family. The goal is to lose weight in a healthy and consistent manner. After 12 weeks of regular workouts, clean eating & intense focus, these two outweighed the competition and were the top two losers. Want the chance to outweigh the competition next year? Stay tuned for our next Fitness Contest, 2019 is right around the corner.
What tips would you give to others looking to improve their health? “Start small. Either add or remove one thing each day. For example, add in an extra serving of vegetables every day or remove one sugary beverage every day, or both! It can be overwhelming to completely over-haul how you eat all at once. By making small changes every day/every week you can make a healthier lifestyle more digestible.”

DID YOU CATCH IT? A total lunar eclipse occurred on January 31, 2018. The Moon was near its perigee on January 30 and so may be described as a “supermoon”. The previous supermoon lunar eclipse was in September 2015. As it was also a blue moon, the second full moon in the calendar month of January 2018, it was referred to as a “super blue blood moon”; the term blood refers to the typical color of the Moon during a total lunar eclipse. This coincidence last occurred on December 30, 1982 for the eastern hemisphere, and otherwise before that on March 31, 1866. The next occurrence will be in one metonic cycle 19 years from now.

...Wait, what? Every February 2nd, all eyes turn to a small central
Pennsylvania borough as winter-weary Northeasterners await weather guidance from the predictive rodent.
Why do we do this?
It’s a 132-year-old tradition that is held every year at the location known as Gobbler’s Knob and conducted by top hat-donning members of the Inner Circle of the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club, according to the official Pennsylvania tourism website. The idea is, the groundhog wakes up from hibernation on the 2nd, and if it sees its shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter. If it doesn’t, warmer weather is just around the corner. This tradition started in Europe as Candlemas Day, an early Christian holiday involving candles. Germans who settled in Pennsylvania in the 1700s brought the custom to America. Pennsylvania’s Punxsutawney Phil is the most well known, but more than a dozen states celebrate with their own groundhogs, such as Georgia’s General Beauregard Lee and Buckeye Chuck in Ohio. Also, a fun fact about groundhogs: They are the same thing as woodchucks. If you knew this already, it seems laughably obvious. If you didn’t, your mind may be blown a little. It’s never too late to learn things.
