6. Do you have any hobbies? Reading everything possible about the musicians I obsess over
7. If you could visit anywhere in the world where would it be? Mexico (I like to stay on familiar grounds)

9. Do you have any hidden talents? I have the ability to act interested without anyone knowing that I’m not
10. What was your first job/role in the Mortgage industry? 10. Receptionist (Guarantee Residential Lending)
11. If you had to either eat only Taquitos or only Mac & Cheese for the rest of your life, which would you choose and why? Taquitos because when they find my body I need them to know I was Hispanic.
12. What’s your proudest childhood moment? I'm not sure if it was speaking English or my kindergarten promotion, either way I'm proud of both accomplishments.
13. How old were you when you discovered Santa Clause was a phony (Or do you still believe)? I come from a super catholic mom. Santa Claus was probably the devil so I was never told he was real
14. Describe your ideal Saturday. MARGARITAS - And wasting my day watching old rock concerts and murder stories on the tube

11. If you had to either eat only Taquitos or only Mac & Cheese for the rest of your life, which would you choose and why? Taquitos because you can mix it up on the type of meat you can eat with it. Also you can have it with sour cream, lettuce and all types of salsa (green or red). I won't get so bored of eating that everyday
12. What’s your proudest childhood moment? When I won student of the month 3 times in a row.

14. Describe your ideal Saturday. Waking up to a nice sunny day and go to the beach. Hang out with my son, family and friends. Just enjoying the time
15.What’s your favorite thing about being a part of team Orion? I love the support I receive from my team lead and all my department. Everyone is always helpful and positive

Creepy Cubicle Contest October 31st 2017 1. It’s fun to decorate for Halloween! Contest is open to every office, department, and cubicle at the Orion Office. There will be two divisions: Department/Group & individual cubicle. Everyone is encouraged to decorate for Halloween! If you wish to participate, you can enter by emailing jcuccia@orionlending.com or by returning the Contest Registration Form to Marketing/Jess Cuccia by Friday October 28th at 3pm. 2. Creativity and collaboration are the primary contest criteria! This contest is meant to demonstrate spirit, not financial resources! Decorations can include anything – lights, posters, folk art – you name it! 3. Decorations must be “PG-13” – nothing too inappropriate. It will be up to the judges’ discretion to determine whether a presentation is inappropriate. 4. Be creative but decorations must comply with safety regulations. Should any Decorating Guidelines not be followed the department is disqualified from the Decorating Contest. Here are the bullet points for compliance during this holiday season: • No signage or decoration can be placed on a fire door, this is most doors in the facility • Signage or decorations cannot obstruct door closure • Signage or decorations cannot be hung or placed within 18 inches of any smoke detector, heat detector or sprinkler head • Exit Signs, Fire Extinguishers and Fire Pull Stations cannot be obstructed from vision or accessibility • Decoration and signage cannot protrude from the wall blocking any hallway or exit corridor • There cannot be any electrical decoration/string lighting left on at any time, excluding the time during judgement • There cannot be multiple strands of lights plugged into each other 5. Have your office/department decorated by Monday October 30th, Contest judging will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017 between 12pm and 2pm. 6. Presentations will be judged by a five-member panel including Jeremy, Curtis, Richard, Dawn & Jessica Morley. Decorating must be complete at the time of judging. Winning office/ department/individual will be determined based on: Overall Presentation Creativity Use of Space 7. The winning office/department/individual will receive their choice of an Ice Cream Sundae Party, a Pizza Party or breakfast from the Pepito’s for the whole department and the individual winner, plus companywide bragging rights and a feature in November’s issue of The Galaxy. 8. Contest winners will be announced at approximately 3pm, Tuesday October 31. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the judging panel, which shall be final.
