1.What was your first position in this industry and how did you get there?
I started at WMC Mortgage in Woodland Hills, CA as part of a 6-week mortgage training class. I heard about it from a friend back in 2004.
2.What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives? Travel overseas.
3.What’s the best way to start the day?
I wake up and feed our pet bunnies. They are litter box trained so they have their own room in our house! They go crazy for oats.
4.What movie title best describes your life? Peter Rabbit.
5.What’s the best way a person can spend their time?
Living at peace with whatever you do, helping others, and relaxing!
6.What are you looking forward to in the coming months? Visiting friends in Nashville and exploring the city.
7.Where would you spend all your time if you could? Living on a beach in a house with a huge open patio.
8.What do you wish you knew more about? Jiu-jitsu! I’ve only trained for a month, but I love it.
9.Who inspires you to be better?
My parents were always such hard workers even after retirement.
10.What’s the best and worst piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Worst advice - “You should become a Financial Advisor and go door knocking to meet new clients (while wearing a suit in August in Dallas). You’ll have unlimited income and freedom!” Best advice - “Come work for Orion!”
11.What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned?
Spend more time with your family or stay in touch if you can.
12. If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time and why?
I already don’t sleep much... I’d probably travel more if I could because I love seeing new cities.
13.What would be the most amazing adventure to go on? I want to do a Mediterranean cruise and visit Monaco.
14.Whats your favorite thing about your team here at Orion? The culture and the leadership are the best in the business!

1.What was your first position in this industry and how did you get there?
Jr Account Executive for New Century Mortgage - I was hired by my aunt as her Jr AE right out of college.
2.What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives? Live in a different state, even if only for a short time.
3.What’s the best way to start the day?
Early morning workout, big breakfast, and coffee (Venti Hot Quad Non-Fat Latte with 2 Pumps Sugar Free Vanilla)
4.What movie title best describes your life? The persuit of Happyness
5.What’s the best way a person can spend their time?
To each their own. Personally I enjoy spending time with close friends and family.
6.What are you looking forward to in the coming months?
I am in a few weddings this year with some of my best friends. Looking forward to catching up with them. Also going to my Mom’s 60th party at Cedar Point Amusement park. Looking forward to seeing family, although I have mixed feelings about the amusement park and the rides.
7.Where would you spend all your time if you could?
Probably a really nice resort with a great beach/pool/spa or grandma’s house or a ski resort.. Grandma’s Ski Resort & Spa By the Beach
8.What do you wish you knew more about? The Stock Market .
9.Who inspires you to be better?
My Mom and Dad - They worked really hard and made a lot of sacrifices for my sisters and me.
10.What’s the best and worst piece of advice you’ve ever received? The best - do the right thing the right way. The worst - cheat.
11.What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned? Can’t win them all. (I like to win)
12. If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time and why? Gym - after hours would be EMPTY! Then maybe a small hobby business.
13.What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?
I would love to take a year off and go on a trip across the world traveling to every continent and a ton of different countries.
14.What’s your favorite thing about your team here at Orion?
My favorite part of the team here is being a part of a cohesive group of people that strive toward the same goals. The synergy between operations and sales and our push to improve each day is unparalleled. This is also the most talented group of AE’s I have worked with and their expertise and drive make my job a lot easier!
