Jason Donegan is a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Fitness Coach through ISSA (International Sports & Sciences Association). Jason’s passion is to help both youth and adults reach their potential through exercise. Jason has been assisting clients in Ogle County and is excited to be available at Nash Recreation Center. Whether you are a beginner or want to take your fitness training to the next level, Jason can provide you with personalized instruction, guidance and the support necessary to achieve your results. From fat loss, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding and sports related training, Jason has the experience to create an individualized plan for you. Jason is available by appointment on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon/evenings to help you on your fitness journey. Training is available in both the Nash Fitness Center and the TRX Fitness Room. All new clients will begin with a complimentary 30 minute fitness assessment/consultation. In this session, Jason will help you figure out the next step in your fitness journey and how to achieve it. 1 Hour Session: $38/$45NR | Three 1-Hour Sessions: $105/$126NR | Six 1-Hour Sessions: $198/$238NR

Are you looking for ways to improve your athlete and teach them the proper way to train? Look no further! In this 4 week course, Jason Donegan will work with your child to offer a training program to build on their skills. Body awareness, injury prevention and nutrition are just a small part of the wide range of topics covered throughout the class. Class will meet in the TRX Room. Class sizes are limited to ensure individualized attention to each athlete.
