New contract submission – received by Friday, September 24.

Clean census enrollment files – received by Wednesday, September 22, at 6:00 p.m. EST.

Clean manual business received by Wednesday, September 29, at 6:00 p.m. EST.

New business – will continue to be processed until Friday, October 1, at 7:00 p.m. EST.

Clean electronic business – received by Friday, October 1, at 10:00 p.m. EST.
Important note: As we have done at the end of every quarter, the home office will automat-
ically submit outstanding Harmony business for completed enrollments with coverage effective dates up to and including October 1, 2021, on the last business day of the quarter October 1, 2021, starting at 3:00 p.m. EST. Be aware, if you have business that should NOT be submitted, your VPS needs to inform the home office before September 30, 2021, at 10:00 p.m. EST. Those requests need to be sent to HOBusiness.Submit@ColonialLifeSales.com. Third quarter new contract submission – Deadline is Friday, September 24 The last day to submit completed new producer and new manager contracts to count toward third quarter recruiting goals is Friday, September 24. For the contract to be considered complete, the new producer or manager must have taken the market conduct test, have a license and background issues need to be explained, if applicable. We'll process contracts received after Friday, September 24, in the order received, but this doesn't guarantee processing for third quarter.
