Third Quarter Processing Deadlines / Contracting Deadlines

Third quarter processing and new contract submission deadlines are quickly approaching. Note the following dates to ensure business is submitted correctly for third quarter.

• Clean census enrollment files – received by 6 p.m. EST, Friday, September 23

• Clean electronic business received by 10 p.m. EST, Friday, September 30

• New business – will continue to be processed until Friday, September 30 at 7 p.m. EST

• Clean manual business received by Wednesday, September 28, 6 p.m. EST

• The last day to submit completed new producer and new manager contracts to count toward third quarter recruiting goals is Friday, Sept 23, 2022.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

GlobalMeet activities to cease operations September 30

After recently being purchased by another vendor, GlobalMeet Collaboration activities will cease operations September 30. Based on this, Colonial Life is adding new functions for co browsing and screen sharing within the AWS Engage Now (Call Center platform). Screen sharing is available, but passing mouse and keyboard control will be added later in fourth quarter.

All interactions scheduled to use GlobalMeet should be transitioned to the AWS Engage Now platform. This secure service will continue to remain no cost to use. The new experience will provide seamless call center and co-browsing capabilities in the future. As an immediate next step, complete the training on My Learning Connection to receive access to AWS Connect.

The schools are an opportunity for our reps and managers to leverage their peers for best practice sharing and overcoming stumbling blocks.
