May is Disability Insurance Awareness Month Disability Insurance Awareness Month (DIAM) is upon us! During the month of May, Colonial Life partners with the Council for Disability Awareness to promote and educate employers and consumers on the importance of disability insurance. This year, there are new and updated resources available on Propr to use with brokers, employers and employees. Agent Access to Account Invoices Coming to Propr You asked and we’ve answered. Because of overwhelming feedback from our sales organization asking for access to their accounts’ online bills, we’re now giving you that access on Propr. In late May, “Account Billing” access will be added to the Tools and Apps section of Propr. Sales reps, territory KOPs and sales leadership within the hierarchy will be able to enter a BCN and look at the account’s billing information in view-only form. You’ll be able to see the invoice summary for the account and view it in PDF or Excel.
