GET WORKING CONDITIONS Ensure Your Access to Meet Employees 1 To 1 Working conditions refers to the agreement between you and the employer securing the opportunity to meet 1-to-1 with each employee. This covers all factors related to the enrollment process from the space you will have to work in, how long you will have with each employee, to the availability of a reliable Internet connection to which products you will be allowed to offer. Creating favorable working conditions is important as it provides the opportunity to meet with as many employees as possible. You should establish the expectation of working conditions early with the employer, using incentives and best practices to make the employer comfortable with your 1-to-1 benefits counseling sessions. Make sure that your reasons for requiring working conditions are compelling, and that it adds value to the account. Several of our programs require POPS, which stands for the Percentage of People Seen. If the required percentage or more of benefit eligible employees meet with a Colonial Life benefits counselor during enrollment, we'll cover a portion or all of the cost for the programs available. No purchase is required to count as being "seen"; however, for an employee to be counted, he or she must sign, be authorized and "finish" the enrollment process in Harmony. Review the Colonial Life On boarding and Development Services webinar (Brainshark) to understand the programs, tools and solutions available to help grow your business such as MDLive, LawAssure and much more. You can also use the Marketing Programs by Market Segment Size document to get a quick snapshot of all the available programs and which groups they would be best suited for. *only one Home Office-funded program may be offered per account
