June 28, 2022 SECOND QUARTER 2022 BUSINESS SUBMISSION DEADLINES Second quarter new contract submission deadline -- Friday, June 24 The last day to submit completed new producer and new manager con-tracts to count toward second quarter recruiting goals is Friday, June 24. For the contract to be considered complete, the new producer or manager must have taken the market conduct test, have a license and background issues need to be explained, if applicable. We'll process contracts received after Friday, June 24, in the order received, but this doesn't guarantee processing for second quarter. Be aware different jurisdictions have varying turnaround times for background checks. For an easier, fast-er and paperless contracting system, visit the Online Contracting page. Review contracts submitted online 24/7 on your online dashboard. Questions? E-mail Contracts@ColonialLife.com.

Second quarter processing deadlines • Clean census enrollment files -- received by Thursday, June 23, at 6 p.m. ET • Clean manual business -- received by Wednesday, June 29, at 6 p.m. ET • New business -- will continue to be processed until Friday, July 1, at 7 p.m. ET • Clean electronic business -- received by Friday, July 1, at 10 p.m. ET. Important note: As we have done at the end of every quarter, the home office will automatically submit outstanding Harmony business for completed enrollments with coverage effective dates up to and including June 30, 2022, on the last business day of the quarter, July 1, 2022, starting at 3 p.m. EST. Be aware, if you have business that should NOT be submitted, your VPS needs to inform the home office before June 30, 2022, at 10 p.m. EST. Those requests need to be sent to HOBusiness.Submit@ColonialLifeSales.com.
