NEW CASE COUNT GUIDELINES Effective immediately, Home Office will give existing groups that were unreworked for 2+ years a case credit mark towards QTD & YTD bonuses. The premium written will still be considered existing. In order to qualify, $5,000 of existing sales must be written to qualify for case credit. You would not need to request case credit for these. These case ‘tick’ marks will be added by Sales Info at the end of every quarter. The $5k requirement is only for accounts that fall in between the 2-5 year threshold. The normal 5+ year un-reworked case count accounts will still need to be requested as normal via email as these accounts will also be given new account premium and will still operate based off the normal $2,500 requirement to achieve case credit.
