NEWS FROM HOME OFFICE

Mobile Device Migration to Intune

Starting December 1, mobile devices (smart phones and tablets) synced to @ColonialLifeSales.com email accounts will need to be enrolled in the Intune Company Portal.

After December 31, Microsoft will no longer support AirWatch. Beginning in 2023, Intune will have to be installed to access email from mobile devices. The Intune app provides better integration with Colonial Life's Office 365 environment and will enable additional capabilities for device management. More information, including detailed instructions, will be shared when the service is live.

NEW HOME OFFICE HOURS: We are pleased to announce that effective this Wednesday, November 16th, we will pilot a support model that will offer extended hours, until 7 p.m. EST Monday Friday, in three key areas:

• Sales Compensation

• New Accounts

• Risk Management

Each of the above teams will be staffed to address immediate needs to support you. Generally speaking, our service guarantee is to respond to emails within 24-hours. In consideration of the time difference for our colleagues in the Pacific region, your emails will also be given priority. If a call is needed (ie. New Account PA interview / Account Level exception, etc), please indicate that in your requests so that we can accommodate placing a call back between 5 7 p.m. EST.

To help teams readily identify Pacific region email requests, please structure subject lines as follows, “Pacific Region Support: followed by the BCN / Need” and send to the appropriate team below:

• New Accounts: newaccountservicecenter@coloniallife.com

• Sales Compensation: salescompensation@coloniallife.com

• Account Level Underwriting:

o Please note This team is aligned by territory. Please send all urgent requests to your Tier 1 Risk Managers and copy both chief underwriter, Wayne Hamilton (PWHamilton@ColonialLife.com) and director, Matt Northam (MLNortham@ColonialLife.com) for time sensitive requests.
